No Official API for the text-to-speech service has been launched by google. Here we have a quick look at it how it works
Just use a URL like the following and you’ll get back an MP3:

Just change the URL to whatever you want to say and you will  get back a MP3 file

translate.google.com/translate_tts?q=Silveracids+the+best+technology+blog

translate
